1. Who is responsible for your data

We are a small, family-run guesthouse and process personal data only to the extent absolutely necessary.
2. What personal data we collect
We collect very little data:
- When using the contact form on this website:
• Name (or how you want to be called)
• Email address
• Phone/WhatsApp number (if provided)
• Your message / booking inquiry - Automatically collected (server logs – temporary):
• IP address
• Browser & device information
• Date & time of visit
These server logs are deleted after 7–14 days at the latest.
We do not use:
- Tracking cookies
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)
- Advertising pixels
- Any third-party tracking whatsoever
3. Purpose & legal basis
We process your data only for these purposes:
- To answer your inquiry / booking request
- To communicate with you about your possible stay (via email, WhatsApp, phone)
- Very rarely: to defend ourselves in case of legal claims
Legal basis according to Thai PDPA:
- Your consent (when you send the contact form)
- Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 24(1) PDPA)
4. No online booking / payment system
This website does not contain any online booking engine or payment system.
All reservations and payments are handled personally and directly between you and us (cash, bank transfer, etc.).
5. Who receives your data
Your data stays with us.
The only exception is our web hosting provider (z.com) who receives server logs for technical reasons (they are not allowed to use the data for their own purposes).
We do not sell, rent or pass on your data to marketing companies or any other third parties.
6. Your rights under Thai PDPA
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data we hold
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)

7. Storage period
- Contact form inquiries: usually deleted within 3–6 months after your stay (or earlier on request)
- Server logs: max. 14 days
8. Changes to this policy
If we should add new features (online booking, newsletter etc.) in the future, we will update this policy and inform you accordingly.
